The pictures in this listing show you the theme of the ornaments. Each set of handmade encaustic coastal wood ornaments will be one of a kind and cannot be replicated. These are handcrafted with sand and shells from St. Augustine Beach Florida, encaustic wax, and beach rope hangers.
Encaustic artwork is made by melting beeswax to a liquid, adding pigments, and using it as paint. This art medium dates to the Egyptian era. When it cools/hardens the artwork has so much texture and life.
